Terms & Conditions

Sessions are non-refundable but a credit can be applied for a future booking.

Children are expected to follow staff expectations and practice good behaviour at all times. Failure to do so can result in being removed from the session without a refund.

Parents/guardians are expected to arrive on time to collect their children. Repeated lateness will result in your child being removed from their sessions and blocked from booking any other Impact clubs or camps.
